Mark Olsen has over 30 years of experience as a senior business executive and management consultant with an extensive track record of advising family-owned and privately-held companies with merger and acquisition transactions, financial consulting and organizational planning.

He has served as a consultant with Ernst & Young, and has held senior executive positions within an international manufacturing company. Mr. Olsen holds both a BA in Economics and a MBA from the University of Rochester. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Daniel Sklar brings over 30 years of experience as an attorney and entrepreneur, most recently as the practice group leader of Nixon Peabody LLP’s national financial restructuring practice group. He has extensive experience assisting companies with lending transactions, reorganizations, restructurings and business/asset sales. He also founded and sold three successful businesses.

Mr. Sklar holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, a JD from Boston College Law School and LL.M degree in federal taxation from Boston University Law School. He is also an adjunct professor at Franklin Pierce Law Center.

Michael Whitney has extensive experience as an adviser and banker to both publicly and privately owned companies. During his 30 year career as an executive with Bank of America and Bank of America Securities, most recently as regional President, Mr. Whitney served in a variety of leadership roles with responsibility for overseeing commercial lending, treasury solutions and investment banking services to clients across New England and New York State.

Active in the community, Mr. Whitney has served on the boards and committees of numerous civic and business organizations, and has been active on the boards of privately-owned middle-market companies.

Mr. Whitney holds a BA from Keene State College and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire's Whittemore School of Business.
